An amusing idea but the execution is appalling. The joke is on whoever bought this back then.

No, take away the novelty of smacking Reagan or Thatcher about the place and all thats left is a poor fighting game with tiny sprites and uninteresting gameplay.

I played it more than 30 years ago on my Commodore 64, and I clearly recall considering it horrible; now I played it on on an emulator, and I consider it... Horrible!
You just continuously press the fire button to defeat your opponents, there's no tactics or skill needed; very, very boring.
Also, frankly speaking, I don't like the humorous nature of this beat'em-up, with dwarf characters and four stupid attack moves; but I understand that some people may like it instead.
Give me back The Way of the Exploding Fist please!

You need a trackball to best play it. It's too stiff with a joystick/pad.

I rather disliked it before but now I love it and can get to the end.

The idea was nice, but the programming is just not good enough: Firstly, the sprites should be much larger. Secondly, if it's a fighting game, then it has to compete with IK+. And sadly, it get knocked out in the first round.

I can't understand a fighting game involving world leaders... It's really weird, I don't like

Quite good music and quite a funny ideo for a game. However this one wrecked my wrists and fingers as you just had to tap the fire button as fast as possible. Or at least that's the way I played it.
