Sprites were kinda blocky and cartoonish, but well-animated and backgrounds were busy and colorful. Gameplay was definitely on the difficult side, especially the jetpack levels; I have no idea why they thought it was cool to have Robocop sliding on platforms the whole time, which often led to fall into pits, it was infuriating to say the least. Great presentation and screens in between levels. Overall flawed but worth more than a few plays.

It plays as Super Mario. Robocop even slips. Also use the second key, to jump.

How could a Robocop 1 be so High-res and a Robocop 2 so LOW-res?

Ashamed to show it to my NES owning friends. That version looked a lot less blocky.

Colours gave me a headache also..

I remember buying this on cart when it first came out. My dad went mental on me spending £20 on a game (Why can't you get the £1.99 ones over there etc, etc. )
I'd saved up for ages to buy this game and thought it was going to be awesome, I put in the cartridge and the game loaded straight away (oooh the novelty back then). Sadly the game was a garish cartoony job. It did keep me occupied for a few months though, never did finish it in the end.

When I first played this I was very disapointed but after a while it grew on me. I think it had its problems but it sure was hard as hell trying to complete it. Not bad

Cool game! Had this on cartridge, and finished it quite a few times. A bit wobbly on the factory levels (jetpack), but a decent game with enough challenges to keep u occupied for a good while :P

This looked way too cartoony. Too bad too, could have been a nice shooter.

This game was kinda wierd I never really got into it. I had it on a cartrige which plugged into the back on the commodore, graphics wasn't too bad, just very wierd game on the whole. Destorying nukes? Strange

Graphics are a bit blockier (yet colourfull) than before but this plays better than the first game. Great music and intro.

Brilliant game, completed it over and over, some of the stages are a bit fantastical. The jet pack platforms are an excellent test of skill. I thought the joystick worked fine, the movement was realistic.

This is to my opinion one of the most orginal robocop games I have ever played.
I own the NES version, and I have also played the C64 and gameboy versions, but this is hard to control with a joystick, it needs the NES gamepad to be played with.
the music in this game is exellent, and it has pretty colourful graphics and orginal level design.
But, this game is thoug to beat. Personally, I think that the gameboy version is best playable when it comes tho contol.
