Ambitious idea for an action-based Car Wars themed game. Unfortunately it fails in its execution. A shame, it had a lot of potential.

Better on the amiga, simply because this version doesn't have the "a-ha" sample Kappa. But wow, the title screens are top notch for c64.

Over-ambitious! I understand that it was meant to rock, but the game as such sucks. Shame.

Great game. Half driving and half mutan-shooting in the building. With the weaponary system... I really enjoyed this game

This was a great game. I bought it as "Road Raider. " It's like Spy Hunter or RoadBlasters, but with portions on foot shotgunning mutants. This could stand a modern update, though ideally less difficult than it was on the C64.

Haven't played this one yet? Then you're in for a treat since this is clearly one of the underdogs for C64. I had the good luck of owning this way back then and it was one of my favorites. The game begins with a good intro music which was also used in Technocop. Motor Massacre is the euro release and its known as Road Raider in US (Amiga version exists aswell). I still remember the huge grin of the shopkeepers who sells you fuel, repairs, ammo and weapons in this urban mad max style action game. The goal of the game is to bring down Dr. A. Noid by beating the current champions of the 3 Arenas in 3 different cities. So youll need to find the arena passes by driving into buildings where you'll carry on foot and gun down slimy mutants while searhing for food supplies and goodies. Youll never have time to catch a breath since outside mad drivers are trying to crush you aswell. Youll be able to save your game with a password system. A must have! =)

This game was about driving around in city or even more cities? And there were sort of dungeons where u could collect cash and buy nice things into your car
