This is a classic! For 1983 this is really well made. Love the weird and quirky sound effects throughout the game.

Indeed, this is not a bad game at all, for 1983: four different enemy-blasting stages + rock blasting/dodging stages in the middle. Simple & addictive game, with enemy attack patterns reminding me of Phoenix from the arcades.
I am pretty sure Zzap! 64 slated this game because they compared it to games from 1986 - obviously superior - and this is clearly a mistake on their part.
Maybe publishing a 1983 game in 1986 and charging more-than-a-budget price was a mistake as well...

I found this game to be very addictive.
It has a nice atmosphere and pretty good sound and graphics.

This is very high on my list of favorites.
When I downloaded an emulater some years ago, this is the game I had to find and play again! :D

Zzap blew it with this one. Lately when re-reading the magazines I often find many of their reviews completely off. 13%? What were they thinking? Lovely ship animation. Nice game!

Early and great when put into perspective. Simple but addictive game-play. Lot's of nostalgia here.
ZZAP! 64 reviewers didn't get that dimension.

Lots of memories of this one. I can still hear the little tube enemies spiting in my sleep.

This is a fun game, even though it's a fairly simplistic shootem' up. I always liked trying to blow up as much of the asteroid belt as possible. As mentioned, the enemies are interesting.

This is the first or second game I ever saw in my life! It has it's special corner in my memory - enemies are very very original!

A strange but enjoyable little shoot-em-up. Each stage consists of two parts - first, blast your way through an asteroid belt, then defeat a wave of enemies. The graphics are crude but strangely appealing, and each of the four different enemies has a unique pattern of behavior. The purple octopus things in stage 3 are really trippy.
