Above average, this. Not too much silliness, but quite enough. There's cheese, beans, egss and spam, for sure!

Gameplay is a tad annoying, thanks to push-scrolling and slow fire rate. C64 version is a tad easier than Amiga one.

This game benefits from a leisurely pace and imaginative graphics (based on Terry Gilliam's animations). On the other hand, the pace is too leisurely for it's own good. The game's just not exciting enough. The biggest problem though is how jerky it is. Even the Spectrum version runs smoother. Duh.

Ironicly, the only Monty Python media I seen was that well known Holy Grail movie. The good thing is that my friend is a fan of this show, so I actually understand the references from the British sketch comedy of the same name.
