Urgh, another in a long line of naff Zaxxon Clones. This one looks and sounds brilliant but plays like a brick. Sluggish Controls, impossible to gauge obstacles and enemy heights make this one of the worst games in the genre, which is a shame as the graphics are crisp and move well and the sound is top notch. A real shame.

The game looks great and was fun for a short while but imho gameplaywise it a mess.

Ever heard of a shmup where it is impossible to hit enemies while moving to another direction? Here it is. 90-degree-turnaround controls is a odd design choice for a game of this kind (esp in combination with the isometric perspective and random enemy attacks) and does not work well actually.

The elephant in the room is the collision detection, where hit areas often do not match the object in the background. Some of them not even close.

Zzap got it right, pure rubbish.
Boring, repetitive and worst of all, unplayable. Pretty to look at for a while though, until you realise you've been had.

Just to say that English Software version doesn't load on my 128D, even with a 1541 or a 1541 II at device number 8.
Also, doesn't load on my SX64 when JifyDos is activated. Loads fine without JiffyDos.

A very pretty Zaxxon clone that was a good blast especially as I got it free with Octapolis. :)

Awesome game, really tough, but very addictive to play. This game most certainly worth its glory at £2.99 :)

I bought mine on Mastertronic Plus label :)

Fairly decent shoot em up and one of the few diagonal scrollers on the 64. 7/10
