Dizzy! Is one of my all time favourite heroes, and all time favourites series. This is my least favourite game of the seven classic adventures, and although still good, lost the magic by becoming more arcade oriented. The puzzles were simple, the world was split up into levels for the first time, and there were some bizarre moments, like meeting Richard O'Brien.

Played this for the first time ever yesterday. Completed it in a few hours. I had to start level 3 over because I did not put the treasure in the bucket/elevator so it is rather linear. True it is shorter than other Dizzy games, but who needs all those tedious jumps in clouds anyways. Good logic/puzzler.
8/10 Haywire

@Mike; There are other Dizzy games that's not converted from Spectrum (Graphics wise). Better get "Bubble Dizzy". It has multicolour graphics too. Just thought you would like to know. Still this is the only FULL PRICE game they made in the series, with a lovely box filled with goodies. That alone justify getting hold of this game.

This is the worst adventure-ish Dizzy game. It's just too simple. It'd be also better with one big level. Still nice to play, though. 6/10

I have to disagree with the review here. The inclusion of passwords made this the shortest Dizzy game I have played. Good fun but dissapointingly short

The bane of the Dizzy series on the C64 was the fact that the graphics were ported from the Spectrum. Finally in this, the last of the series to be released for the C64, Codemasters FINALLY created some graphics that belonged on the C64. Sadly the game play is not up to the standards of the older Dizzy games. A sad way for a great series of games to be brought to a close.
