Nice use of color and decent sprites for an early Commodore game. I enjoyed hearing the casual Bach tune with the sound of my car soaring almost like a digital slide whistle.
Has the mark of a good game where you want to keep trying to beat the next level.
The looping soundtrack eventually wears out it's welcome... It's only negative.
Recommended!
Loved it, spent many hours on it. I used to get up very early in the morning and play it before I had to go to school.
The music was very soothing to me.
Bump n Jump never got a C64 conversion but this and Bumping Buggies are worthwhile versions of the top-down jumping car genre.
Wasn't Burning Rubber ported from the arcade actually?
Cool simple music - Coral by Bach.
I just hate those black cars!
7/10!
