Single player was good but the simultaneous two player option was really great with an equally matched opponent. Very addictive and competitive.

Nice codemaster little game.
That being said, it's brutal. You practically can't beat the computer, and if you try, the time limit will kill you. If you touch the computer racers, YOU will fall off, never them. You also end up facing a random direction and often end up falling off multiple times trying to get back on track. Two-player is the same as the third player still is CPU.
It's a real shame because there's some exellent details and innovations here - water slows you down, the mud slopes help you turn sharp, and the courses aren't always just circuits. I just find this game brings out the ol' sailor talk way too easily.
