BMX Simulator

Awesome looks and sounds! It is way more playable than Super Sprint conversion on C64 (why didn't these guys convert that?!). Good one player game, great 2-player game! Truly worth trying.

Looked good, sounded great and played really well for a budget Super Sprint style racer knock-off.
Single player was good but the simultaneous two player option was really great with an equally matched opponent. Very addictive and competitive.
Nothing not to like.

Good game and a great laugh for two players. The action replay was amazing for the time and was fun to watch crashes or perfect rides again. The only complaint was that if you rode into a CPU player you fell off and he didn't which was very unfair.

Oh wow what an amazing game so, so difficult I wonder now 30 years on how I stuck with this game as the me of today would have binned it after 5 minutes. I don't know if I had more perseverance back the then or if games where just that more difficult to come by. Amazing fun in 2 player mode especially when you lapped your opponent while he was stuck on the same corner. The first game I can remember that featured a slo-mo replay.

I did the sin of buying cos it looked good. How lucky was I. Loved and still love this game. Could get to the last course but never complete it. Great game.

Still a great game today - most enjoyable in 2 player mode. Cool background graphics, good sound, fantastic gameplay.

I agree with Jussi. You can explain the faults with this game but you can't explain why it's still so fun despite them. I think the simple detail of sharper turns on the banked curves makes it for me.

I love that great background graphics! The game I had lots of fun playing with my brother and friends, also alone on single player.

Great game especially in 2p. But I played recently and found it a little slow, felt faster when I was younger! LOL!

I've always found this overrated. It looks great and to a kid, it does a lot for the imagination and I'd even go so far as to say it's pretty much how kids would visualise their 'world' of Matchbox cars and Micro Machines.

That being said, it's brutal. You practically can't beat the computer, and if you try, the time limit will kill you. If you touch the computer racers, YOU will fall off, never them. You also end up facing a random direction and often end up falling off multiple times trying to get back on track. Two-player is the same as the third player still is CPU.

It's a real shame because there's some exellent details and innovations here - water slows you down, the mud slopes help you turn sharp, and the courses aren't always just circuits. I just find this game brings out the ol' sailor talk way too easily.

I played this little gem for hours. Excellent gameplay, and great, earthy graphics. Well worth another visit.

This is truly fun, especially playing against a friend. Go around the tracks three times within a time limit and when you cross the finish line the quickest you win that race and get the most points. But be careful, you can crash into obstacles or eachother! You really have to watch your speed and your brakes are not an unnecessary asset! Nice graphics and cool track! The replay-option after each race tops it off! Truely great fun!

Superb, Brilliant. Can still play this today. It had brilliant graphics and I got to the last track but couldn't finnish it. Codemasters seem to go downhill after this till their Playstation days.

Just like the best slappers, this was cheap and great fun to ride!!! ;-)

The gameplay could be better... But this is one of those C64 games which have a very strange and attractive feel to them. It can't be explained in words.

Verry nice 2 player mode well done. The games music was nice also graphics top down but that was OK for the time love screaming to the person next to u jaja xD

The thing about this one is the music. Superb tune also used in the ROM intro. Graphics are nice and the game-play is OK.

Great game, but the computer cheats as you will always be the one to fall even if he hits you. One of the best ever original budget games.

I wasn't allowed a BMX bike. This is the closest I got to riding one. 2 quid for this!? BARGIN! The level with the hotdog stand sticks in my mind. Pretty faultless budget title with functional graphics, intuitive gameplay and perfect learning curve.

You need a lot of practice to control your bike. It's not so easy to beat the computer players. Also very good in 2 player modus!

There is something amazing about this game and it can become extremely addictive especially if played against another player.
