Whilst its niche its certainly not terrible though and the ramping up of deeper waters and fish do add to its longevity despite the core gameplay not really changing all that much.
C64 anglers aren't exactly spoilt for choice. Its either this or Jack Charltons Match Fishing by Alligata which is very primitive.
Not bad all in all and probably one of Simulmondo's best offerings on the C64.
