Commodore 64 - C64 Nostalgia

Welcome to 2025! The Lemoners are here to bring you 50 new games to check out, rate and comment, including all of your requests.

This January we have a few newly released titles, Schreckenstein 64, Golf Dash Extended and a new conversion of Centipede, plus another round of entries from some 80s and 90s magazines such as Game On, Loadstar and Hebdogiciel; of course you'll find also a bunch of indie and public domain games from all eras of the C64 and some lesser known titles that were missing in the database.

What better way to welcome 2025 than by expanding the Lemon64 database with 29 new games, bringing us to an incredible 7800 entries?

This latest update showcases a blend of early classics from Commodore and Game On, alongside a few hidden gems waiting to be rediscovered.

We celebrate the upcoming New Year's Eve by adding 50 new games to our database!

While there's only one brand-new 2024 game this time, The Pretzelves, The Lemoners dug deeply into the C64 and C128 archives and came up with a number of missing titles spanning four decades, from the heyday of the machines to some more recent efforts.

As usual, we hope you enjoy the selection and we'll see you all in 2025!

X-Mas is upon us and we have 51 new games for you!

Among the freshly-released titles, we feature the traditional X-Mas game Santa's Workout 4: Jingle all the Way, the Barbarian-inspired Soiled Iron and the funny Weights and Crates Deluxe; then we have a plethora of public domain and indie titles from the '00s, a few more C128 ones and lesser-known games from the 80s and 90s, both by smaller companies and magazines.

We just entered December, and while 2024 approches its end, the C64 scene keeps on offering new titles for us to enjoy. This month - among our 50 games selection - we have some notable ones such as Nixy and the Seeds of Doom, the color version of Tony: Montezuma's Gold and InfeZtation, as well as Abyssal Karma and Robco Hack.

As usual, us Lemoners also dug deeply into the annals of 64 history and found some other titles that might intrigue you, featuring obscure stuff and covermount games from the 80s and 90s as well as more recent public domain and indie releases that surfaced along the '00s.

50 new games have been added to our ever-increasing database. This time we have the brand-new Battle for Cronos, Gantrix-1 and Make Ten or 50; some still recent titles by Phoenixware and Reset Magazine; a wide selection of homebrew/public domain games from the '00s; many older, mid-80s games included in the italian Next Game magazine as well as others from the english mag Your Commodore.

Here we go! For this Halloween and 1st of November update we offer 50 new games, featuring some freshly released titles such as the spooky Forgotten Forest 2 and Pentagorat II, Mach Baron, The Last Z-80, Woodris, Herra47, Aquarius, Orbix and the recently-recovered Garden Wars.

Of course there are a lot of older titles too, including a slew of Spinnaker Software ones, many indie/homebrew games from the '00s and some lesser-known smaller productions from the heyday of the C64.

Hey there, we've got 50 new games for your enjoyment!

There's something to suit all tastes, starting with some new or recently released titles such as Kingdom of the Seven Stones, Czołgi, Pupu, Mushrooms That Grow in the Woods, Quest for the Knight and others, as well as a whole bunch of public domain/indie games from the '00s, several new C128 entries, all the missing Golden Disk 64 titles, some italian adventure games and a number of vintage ones that were still missing from the database.

Hello everybody, on this chilly October night we offer you 50 new games to explore, play, rate and comment!

This time the selection is as diverse as it gets, featuring six games from 2024 as well as other fairly recent titles, plus a variety of previously missing titles from the heyday of the Commodore 64/128 such as several CBS Software ones, a slew of french games and some more underground public domain and covermount ones.

We’ve just added 162 awesome new cover scans to Lemon64, all in crisp 300 DPI for top-quality viewing. These scans originally come from the Ultimate Tape Archive. Each cover has been rotated, cropped and cleaned from dust, scratches, or noise — all fine-tuned to look their best.

Check out our games with newly added cover scans! While you won’t be able to tell exactly which cover is new if a game has multiple scans, it’ll give you a good hint of this update!
