You're all familiar with Pac-Man (I mean, who isn't), but this is Pac-Man in 3D! That's right, it's 3D Glooper.
The object of the game is simple. You need move around the maze and eat/collect the blue squares that are on the floor (just like you'd have to eat the dots in Pac-Man).
Again there are some creatures chasing you around the maze. Luckily they're not nearly as fast as the ghosts of Pac-Man, still they're the ones that'll kill you if you run into them.
Naturally you have a way of protecting yourself against them. It's the red squares (they act like the power pellets in Pac-Man). Once you get one of the red squares, you are able to eat/destroy those creatures, but only for a period of time (until the effect wears of).
So far nothing new, it's a classical Pac-Man. And now for the difference - the maze is 3D! Well, the graphics aren't really 3D, but still... You are walking among the walls, collecting the squares. Your view is limited only to the corridor you're standing in and ti direction you're facing.
To help you along the way is a map that you can see in the middle of the upper part of the screen. Without this map you're definitely lost. With it, you still haven't a clue to where you are.
This map is the biggest downside to the game! It only shows you, the blue squares (if any around), the creatures chasing you (if any in the near) and the red squares (if near you). The thing that is really missing are the corridors!
If you've eaten/collected all the squares in a certain part of the maze, the only thing you'll see on the map is the dot indicating you. You won't be able to tell which way to go, where there are dead ends, where there's more to collect...
With the map being useless this game is reduced only to walking around the maze almost blind and hoping you'll find your way to some more squares you've missed (preferably without running into one of the creatures chasing you).

| GRAPHICS - 6/10 |
Walls, walls and more walls. It's just very basic, but it does achieve a sort of 3D effect.
| | SOUND - 4/10 |
There are only a few sound effects. You'd be hoping for a sound indicating the enemy is near or something - but NO!
| | PLAYABILITY - 4/10 |
The game has great potential, but there are some major flaws that severely hinder the gameplay. You simply don't have the overview of what's happening and where you are. It's easy to get lost and even easier (and more frustrating) to overlook a piece you'd have to collect.
| | OVERALL - 4/10 |
It's a game that all maze enthusiasts will love, the rest probably won't!
