Powerglove Released!
C64 software Publisher RGCD have just released their latest C64 game, Powerglove. Originally released at the 2013 16kb Cartridge Game Development Competition, the game is now released as a physical cartridge in high quality packaging.
A run 'n' gunner at heart, this specially enhanced post-compo version features a revised five level map complete with Powerboots and Energy Doors, faster room-change transitions, slicker player controls, a map overview display, bug fixes, game balance tweaks and a (much-requested) shot sound effect!
The Cartridge and digital download versions are available from the RGCD Shop. A poster set is also available to buy separately.

Protovision have very quietly released their D42 Adventure System. Developed by Out Of Order Softworks, D42 allows the user to create sophisticated adventures in the style of Crime Time, Soul Crystal and the recently re-released Leisure Suit Leo 2. The system is available to buy from the Protovision shop in special edition packaging which includes and extensive German manual, or can be downloaded for free from the Protovision website in both English and German language versions.
So what are you waiting for?? Get creating!!

Frank Gasking presents his Where Are They Now feature, trying to track down some Commodore 64 personalities who were well known after its commercial era. We also have an exclusive interview with Tom-Cat/Nostalgia about the making of Commando Arcade. Neil Grayson joins Reset with the first part of his History of Commodore Format series. All of the regular favourites return including Games That Weren’t, C64 Endings, Deep Thoughts, The Mighty Brain, a minty fresh Blow The Cartridge comic and much, much more.

Darkness Released!
C64 software Publisher Psytronik Software have just released their latest C64 game, Darkness. A flick screen arcade adventure coded by Achim Volkers, Darkness features beautiful graphics from Smila and a soundtrack from Linus. Darkness is also the first game to be released on Psytronik's Ultimate range, a special edition boxed set containing loads of extras. Also imminent is the cartridge release from RGCD.
The disk, tape and digital download versions of Darkness can be purchased from the Binary Zone Store. The cartridge version will be available from RGCD Shop soon.

Publishers RGCD and Psytronik Software have recently released their latest C64 game, Phase Out. Featuring 50 brain teasing levels, Phase Out is sure to give you hours of tile flipping pleasure! RGCD have released 50 limited edition cartridges, as well as being released on tape and disk in various editions at Psytronik and digital download from the authors website.

Featuring six new blasters from SEUCK maestro Alf Yngve, enhancements by Richard Bayliss and loading pictures by Carl Mason. The game is available as a digital download, as well as tape and disk formats.
