Review summary
This game ends up with a rating that many games could have sold their souls to the copyright devil to get. However, I write this while having a feeling that it could have been even better, without beeing capable of putting my finger on what excactly I miss. And besides, there's got to be something that divides the 9+ games from those who are "only" quite goodish. And as a C64 strategy game, this is superior to anything else I have played up to date - 6/4-99.
