Almost a Fallen Angel - 2007-12-10 I LOVE this game, Dizzy in one of his finest performances here
The Dark Prince - 2004-11-09 Dizzy always seemed to get fairly pounded by the magazines and after playing this one I can't really see why. Some horrible and very poorly thought out sections, but an interesting game to play and complete. But why oh why did they have a 30 second tune every time you died? The number of joysticks I nearly broke because of that..
lee - 2004-07-27 Brillient game I never thought I would see him again (dizzy) brought back some pukka childhood memories 10 out of 10.
Robin Rixon - 2004-07-24 The hawk just took timing, it wasn't that hard once you sussed where it could and couldn't strike. The best part of this was jumping down the well and appearing in 'the upside down world' a brilliant point. Some of the 30 coins were hard to find, although I remember having completed this having had a map of where they all were. ANother good point was the 'Jack and the Beanstalk' storyline part, dropping the beans in the cow pat LOL brilliant. 10/10
Mayboy64 - 2004-02-14 One of my favs 1. Never drink the Whisky lol
Magic Pixie from the Planet Jub-Jub - 2003-10-30 That f$&king dizzy hawk!!
Reddish - 2003-08-03 Congradultations Dizzy and Ninja Rabbit you started my gaming career. Shit on Lara Croft!
SRRAE - 2003-06-09 I was a late comer to the Dizzy games this being the only one I owned and I think I was either given it or got it on a compilation set. Where had I been? I love puzzle games and a little adventure. These games where perfect. They where hard but the puzzles where easy enough to work out when you thought about it, like putting the beans into cow poo to make the beans grow. Not one of these games when you would just try every combination of items to see what works. Something about this game and my gaming preferences clicked. Perfect for me. A CLASSIC!
justicerulesok - 2003-03-15 I always loved the look of these games, but never "got it" I could only go about five screens in on any of them. I really wanted to be good, but I guess gauntlet 2 with my best friend was more my forte ...
TWR - 2003-03-06 These DIZZY games are cute and childish. Pretty Ok graphics and sound but I think they're rather boring.
Scree - 2002-12-31 My favourite game in the series. After playing it as much as I did, I found I could complete this with little to no problems at all.
Mike - 2002-09-24 FAR TOO HARD! In three words that is my critique of Fantasy World Dizzy. The screen with the eagle on will have you tearing your hair out. For some reason it flies at twice the speed on the C64 version than any other format - VERY ANNOYING - as you will find out if you play it!!! On the plus side, once you overcome the eagle you will be pleased to see the evolution of the Dizzy item carrying system - so you can select an object from an inventory - rather than scrolling through them at the press of a fire buttion - as in TI Dizzy. I don't really like this game, but it is regarded by many Dizzy fans to be the best thing since sliced bread - I will leave the decision up to you.
SpudMan No.5 - 2002-07-03 Argueably the best in the Dizzy series! Responsible for many sleepless nights cos of the good puzzles involved and because of its sheer addictiveness!
