grande316 - 2012-08-16 I'm a HUGE fan of the arcade version of Space Gun, the local cinema had it for years and I'd play it everytime I went to the movies. The title and level intro screens are almost as good as the arcade original. Just a shame the in-game graphics are slow and blocky. I really want to like this game more than I actually do.

LeC64win - 2011-08-12 I agree with Emperor Roscoe, although it could even have been better on cartridge. The ZX Spectrum version looks like a unplayable mess. I am glad they didn't programmed Spacegun like that on the C=64. Spacegun was also the last official C=64 game that I have bought new in a shop. That was in 1995 in a German warehouse called Karstadt if I remember correctly. It was the disk version that I still own.
Emperor Roscoe - 2009-12-02 Que?
ZXSpectrum128 - 2009-10-06 One of my favourite games on the good old Speccy. A shame somehow the programmers did't use character graphics to get decent fast graphics on the C64. Space Harrier, not perfect I know, showed how it might have been done in a better way. Would they had used the character graphics technique from Space Gun in Space Harrier on the Spectrum, too.
Emperor Roscoe - 2009-06-19 Attractive and ambitious arcade conversion. Would have liked an sfx option, but, I'm being picky.
oswald - 2007-05-20 Lol this looks exactly how doom would look like on the C64
Gajin - 2005-05-06 Hell yeah! Great conversion of great arcade. U must play this!
COIN OP - 2004-08-23 It's actually a conversion of a little-seen Sega light gun coin-op game.
zoooomster - 2003-04-16 SPACE GUN - a brilliean shooter for the C64 ! I think it was released on cartridge too so make sure you get the cart !! the tapeloader is a pain in the ass !!! i don't know , maybe there was a diskversion too ... BRILLIANT GRAPHICS , GREAT SOUNDS AND MUSIC AND BRILLIANT GAMEPLAY/LEVELDESIGN ! YOU will love SPACE GUN ! its great !!!
Molle - 2002-10-22 A clone of Aliens this one???
