Ok Guys and Girls, I am gonna go for broke, I have some more Games I would like Finishing...

Anybody interested in Coding A STAR WARS FRUITBANK Game,
Imagine a normal Fruitbank Game with the STAR WARS Characters Heads ( Ive done them using Sprites ! ), theres also a Character Set full of Mad Stuff too Very Happy This would be Released as Public Domain, we dont want any Copyright Problems... Laughing

Also, If you look on Richard Bayliss"s Website you will find a Small Game done for a 4K Game compo if Memory serves correctly, its a collaboration between me and Richard. Its called THE SORCEROR, however I want to expand this Game and improve it and release it as WIZARDS AND WARLOCKS! I believe there was a Game done recently called DUNJON BATTLER, the Game looks a similar idea to what I want to do with WIZARDS AND WARLOCKS, any of you nice peeps want to help out. Contact Merman for Graphics and more Game Info, Thanks in advance... Smile

You already have copyright problems... doesn't matter if you release it as public domain or not. Not saying Lucasfilm will ever find out, but if they do you can expect a C&D.

Yeah, "fan projects" that don't make any money can still find themselves on the other end of a court case.

Don't listen to these people telling you not to do a game with Star Wars characters because then you're going to get sued...

Have you got any idea of the the number of "fan projects" that use Star Wars characters or graphic design? Do you really think LucasFarts gives a sh*t ?

Its Interesting to think though that STAR WARS has crept in to several C64 Games - When you play RISK by The Edge ( It was later released as the Budget Game KRIS, ( I own this ) Although I dont know why the Name change... ) there are clearly the "Chicken Walkers" from Return Of The Jedi and also The Speeder Bikes in there as Enemy Sprites ( Shame the Coders never Finished that BOMB Game ). Also the Game "Tangent", If that Main Player isnt influenced by The Snow Speeders from The Empire Strikes Back I will eat my Beret ( But not the Black one - I am fond of that Smile ). Also those Two Compunet Guys were working on a rather lovely looking Version of The Empire Strikes Back for our C64, I think Frank Gasking may have that on his Excellent Site ( Hi Frank Very Happy ). I still have my heart set on doing the Star Wars Fruitbank, and if its safe to do so Commercially release it. If Copyright rears its ugly head then perhaps it could just be a Game shared between a Few Close Friends who wont spread it. Also Why I am here why has George Lucas Not done any more Star Wars Films? There have been rumours over the years of more films and a Live Action T.V. Series but nothing has appeared...
