Guys,

What makes these (or the Gold? editions?) favored? Is it just their respective "places in Commodore history" or is there a difference in the quality or "solid-ness" of the hardware involved?

Silver labels are first production run as far as I know, I think there is only one gold unit.

The cartridge based c64 console seems to be getting scarce in the UK.
