Running WinVice 2.3.17 is there anyway to clip the top and bottom borders instead of squeezing the screen horizontally to achieve the correct NTSC aspect ratio?

As it works now, if you select "True Aspect Ratio" with an NTSC machine setting, it maintains the same size borders on all four sides.

I'm looking to achieve this...
