Did Street Rod come out on Disk and Tape?

Anyone own a boxed copy that does 'Not' wish to sell?

I discovered Street Rod only came out on Disk and was not available on Tape.

I would like some hi quality scans of the manual and box to add to http://sfodb.com could anyone help me out with scanning what's in the box. ?

Will buy if selling.
