Ok, looking for this last Kixx budget re-release on tape:

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Kixx

Dig through your budget tape stuff and PM me if you want to sell or trade it.

I did win one of these a while ago on ebay.de but the seller never replied or sent a shipping total. Sad

Bumping this and adding another budget tape title I WTB. Smile

Snare
Beyond Belief

Not the Thalamus title under the same name but a late 1993 budget release (probably their last?). Sam Coupe version on side B it seems.

Another month passed, still looking for the two titles above, but will also add another (possibly budget) one I am hunting for:

Eureka
Domark

After the single cassette release and not the big boxed one. Dont know why there was a single cassette release of it, the tape cover seems to mention the 250k competition still so I guess it cant be a budget re-release of it.

June and summer is here, so I add another entry to my WTB thread in addition to the ones above! Smile

This time a more generic budget WTB:

EDOS releases! Yes those budget re-releases in square jewel cases where you got the game copied to a tape or disk at the shop and they added an inlay made for several systems with instructions on the back.

Here is one of them I found in the lemon db. One EDOS catalogue seems to indicate they had over 300 games for sale on these machines. I only got a small selection of these so far so anything you have would probably be of interest although it has to be for the C64.

I used to have a disk version of Commando and currently hold 3 copies for the Amiga, including defender of the crown. I haven't spotted any tape versions so far.

Commando is one I know of yes and that I am missing, the EDOS inlay scan on that one indicates it was available on both tape and disk.

Small thing I noticed about the disk version when i played it. It seems as EDOS made their own "loader" for the disk version as it was nothing like any other version of commando Ive tried. I wonder if they did the same thing for the tape versions?

Indeed, and which is partially the reason why I want to collect these EDOS releases as well since I can dump them with the DC2N for preservation (if I could only remember the password on my win-machine used for dumping Smile ).

Got an EDOS title today, Boulder Dash Construction Kit on tape. Hoping my fellow lemoners can help me track down others. Smile

Ok, on summer vacation in Estonia close to the borders of Russia - not much retro stuff around here except for a Russian ZX Spectrum clone which I found on a market last year when I was here. Smile

Anyway, some other budget titles I am seeking are:

Ball Games Pack
Prism Leisure

Racing pack
Prism Leisure

Also looking for two Gremlin games in Prism Leisure re-releases:

Cosmic Causeway
Prism Leisure

Artura
Prism Leisure

These both seem to have the same inlay front but the back might have a Prism logo and the tapes inside definitely have a prism logo on them.

All titles in this thread is still of interest so dig out those duplicates. Smile - I also have several games for trade if you want games instead of hard cash.

Ok another month gone and I thought I'd bump my WTB thread and add another series to the list. Smile

In addition to all titles in the thread (I will edit those posts when I get em) I am seeking out all "Soft n Easy" releases. I have a couple of these but I miss a lot like these:

I suspect these might have been distributed in Netherlands or thereabout as I have found several there - although the publisher company on the inlays seems to be situated in UK. They seem to have released older Bubble Bus and PSS titles.

Cosmic Causeway is for sale on UK E-Bay and he will ship worldwide. Hope this helps.

As my post said, I am after the Prism Leisure re-release of this game which uses the same inlay but possibly with a Prism logo on the back and definitely on the tape (usually black with print directly on tape). I already got the one you linked here which is the initial release by Gremlin. Thanks for checking though! Smile

Also that guy wants £10 shipping signed for... for one tape... pff... Shocked

Ok, several months have passed and I am still hunting for anything in my WTB thread here. This time I will add a few case variations I am seeking of somewhat common titles by Interceptor, Terminal and Anirog. They were often released in both single cassette case or clam cassette case (soft or hard), so the case type is of importance here:

Jewels of Babylon
Interceptor Software
Clam Cassette Case

Big Ben
Interceptor Software
Single Cassette Case

Super Skramble
Terminal Software
Single Cassette Case

Triple Tournament
Terminal Software
Clam Cassette Case

Battle Through Time
Anirog Software
Single Cassette Case

Zaga Mission
Anirog Software
Single Cassette Case

Petch
Anirog Software
Single Cassette Case

Skramble!
Anirog Software
Clam Cassette Case

For Anirog I am also seeking out any title you have with a grey sticker on the inlay where they reused an inlay for another system. I've got a few of these but naturally seeking anything I miss. I also miss both the single cassette and clam case of Pulse by Interceptor, their assembly utility.

Thats all for now. As usual I also have a trade stock if you want games in return, but will happily offer you cash as well.

Ok, a new year has arrived and its time to update my WTB thread here. Smile

Anything in the posts above are still of interest, and I have edited away the few titles I have found in the meantime (Caverns of Sillahc, Wild Ride, Snooker and Pool, and also two Soft n Easy titles).

This time I'll add 3 golf titles I am after:

Golf
Yes! Software

This is a title that is often found in a Prism re-release which does not have the "Yes! Software" in the bottom left corner. I am after the original release then that looks like the one above with the logo in place there.

Golf
Anger Productions

I do miss other releases by Anger so please just PM me if you got anything for trade.

Golf Master
Hewson Rack-It

The Italian releases of the Rack-It titles came in double cassette cases instead of the single cassette cases that most other countries got them in. I am after this and another called Orion - but if you have more of these I might miss them too as I only got a few in this case variation and I am unsure if all the Rack-It titles got this Italian double cassette case treatment.
