You know, I've been thinking. There are so many C64 software archives and databases online, but I'm not sure if there's anything equivalent for the C128. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it; if not, then that's a problem.

I'm pretty sure that the reason is because the C64 was much more popular, but that still means that there is software out there that is slowly disappearing from their disks, and I think we can all agree that that is NOT good.

The reason this is on my mind is because I recently acquired a C128, and many of the disks that came with it don't work from what I can tell (I might just be uninformed), but one of the disks did work, and that means that the data on it can be saved. I would love to be able to preserve it somehow.

Again, if there is something like this, please let me know, so I can stop worrying. If there is NOT something like this, that means we have a hole to fill...

There are Commodore 128 archives and forums about, i don't frequent many but here is a small list. lemon64 is very much the place too be for all things Commodore 8bit not just the Commodore 64.
