I have a worry about this update...

Quote:

This rather big and important update sees HVSC adopt the SID file format PSIDv2NG and go to version 5.0.

is this new format supported in RealSIDPlay? I think they are aiming too much towards sidplay2...

I want to be able to play these fixed tunes on my real C64!

I forgot to add: thanks for the news :)

it's also an aim of HVSC to make all musics real C64 compatible.

e.g. that's why digitized tunes are continouesly replaced in the latest updates.

They are getting closer, that is what the new stuff is all about. I guess once the emulation fully handles the needed NMI stuff, the better if it doesn't already. Ever tried to convert some digi tune in the special format to make them work on C64? Awful Smile
