Hi, one of my Christmas presents was a pair of new Competition Pro Joysticks (the protovision ones). I was really pleased, they're great. Unfortunately I didn't get to try them until recently due to work and dealing with my children's presents first!

The unfortunate thing is that one of the joysticks seems to be faulty in that the DOWN feature does not work. They have only been tested, the seals are all intact, is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue please? I did also send an email, but thought if I post on here too you're bound to see one of my messages.

If you're not uncomfortable opening up the joystick, do that and check that all wires are connected and tightly attached to the micro switches.

I recall a friend of mine had similar issue with one of these newly made Competition Pros. It was nothing but a loose wire inside.

Protovision replied to my email and said I could send it back for replacement. I was impressed by such good customer service.
