Disk Images

Hello there,

This is my first message on this board, so anyone who'd like to welcome me, this is your chance! Smile

Today I got my XE1541 cable to work. I tried copying a C64 disk to a diskimage file and ran it on CCS64, the emulator and it bloody worked!

Now I wondered if all of you guys and galls have this config at home and are wondering what a fuzz I'm making, or that there are crowds out there waiting for me to transfer their old C64 software to PC diskimages. For a couple of euro's of course...

I live in the Netherlands. Anywayz, hello to all of you here...

But to get to your question, most people that have the need of transferring, can do so. I don't think you'll find your luck around here. On marktplaats.nl there's someone who offers this service to the general Dutch public, but even there I doubt he'll get many requests.

Transfer cables don't cost that much, and are generally available from the C64GG from HCC for 5 euros..
