HVSC#57 is out!

It was a long work but finally here it is, the long awaited HVSC update #57.
This time we were not only able to break the 42,000 SIDs barrier, but also
provided a whopping 3100+ credit fixes to nail down many inconsistencies that
were there for too many years.

After this update, the collection should contain 42,212 SID files!

This update features (all approximates):
975 new SIDs
239 fixed/better rips
13 repeats/bad rips eliminated
3136 SID credit fixes
396 SID model/clock infos
38 tunes from /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/ identified
18 tunes from /GAMES/ identified
72 tunes moved out of /DEMOS/ to their composers' directories
24 tunes moved out of /GAMES/ to their composers' directories

GBv9 will be out via the usual channels very soon. An announcement will happen within the weeks ahead. We were just waiting for the HVSC to release so we could reference it in the db.

One of the GB's was only released as a on site version, there was no usual full public download as there had been, but this sounds like the normal way so I'm really looking forward to it.
