One of my 128 Ps's went spare on me. I pulled the fuse and i have a reddish brown cylinder a little longer than a typical tube fuse, Is this normal, is it a resistance something? I am at a loss that the PS even worked with this in place.

It could be a resettable fuse. If so, I'd swap it with a proper fuse since it could have a value which is different from the specifications.

Can you post a photo?

Cheers,
Oge

Will do when I get a chance Oge, have been too preoccupied with trying to get a BBS up and running but I will dig out the cam soon.

I took a couple pics but they all turned out looking like a dark dowel, I did open the ps and found someone had soldered a small fuse on the inside of the connector. I don't know seems an odd way to do it...
